RIMROCK BREAKS GROUND AT ASU RESEARCH PARK
TEMPE, Ariz. (May 25, 2007) — Rimrock Company announced that it has started construction on a single-story, 85,000-square-foot, two- building office project in the ASU Research Park in Tempe. The buildings are located at 2030 and 2050 E. ASU Circle.
The project consists of a 60,000-square-foot building and a 25,000-square-foot building with 18-foot clear height, four sides of glass and a 5/1000 parking ratio. The expected completion is November 1, 2007.
Rimrock partners, Dean Riesen and Ron Moore, indicate that there has been very strong leasing activity and interest in the project. “We are providing a high quality project with very competitive leasing rates in the state’s premier office park,” said Riesen.

The project was designed by Jan Mittelstaedt of Mittelstaedt, Cooper & Associates, LTD of Phoenix, Arizona. It is being built by McGough Construction Southwest, Phoenix. Leasing and marketing are being handled by Craig Coppola and Rick Lee of Lee & Associates, Arizona.
Rimrock owns another 10-acre site in the ASU Research Park and is completing working drawings for an 84,000- square-foot building that is scheduled for groundbreaking later this year.
Rimrock recently completed and leased to W.L. Gore & Associates a 50,000-square-foot project, Rimrock Deer Valley Business Center in Northwest Phoenix.
