Ron Moore

In 1979 Ron graduated from the University of Arizona with majors in Marketing and Finance. Ron started his career working in sales for Crown Zeller Corporation. In 1981 he joined the David R. Johns Real Estate Group as Vice President of Development where he worked on three ground-up projects focused on leasing and marketing. In 1987, he joined Opus West as a Director of Real Estate where he focused on asset management of their portfolio. He then moved to Grossman Company Properties as Vice President of Commercial Properties with overall portfolio responsibility including leasing, development, management and disposition. He returned to Opus West as Vice President of Real Estate Development where he oversaw development activities in a three-state area. He was responsible for over 2 million square feet of development.

In 1999 Ron decided to leave Opus in order to pursue the one career goal he had not accomplished which was to go into business for himself. Ron leveraged the long term contacts and relationships he had with the Phoenix brokerage community. He formed MCR Development and has been active developing projects in the Camelback Corridor area. This activity has now moved into the Rimrock entities.

Ron has served on the boards of the Valley Partnership, University of Arizona Alumni Association and on various NAIOP-Phoenix Chapter committees.
